Madison - Square Sava

There were burn holes in the bed from cigarettes. The tv control wasn’t working so I couldn’t use the tv. the jacuzzi wasn’t operational (it had only hot water function and it was leaking so basically you couldn’t use it). the sauna handle was broken and the door wasn’t closing properly. the room wasn’t cleaned any day of our stay and there was no change of bed sheets or towels for any of the four days. One of the chairs in the room was broken. in the shower the handle was leaking so it was a challenge to take shower.

Very clean and comfortable appartment. :) Really good location.The walls are really well isolated 👏

They don't do a bely carton (hotel registration card) which is imperative for foregneirs without serbian residence permit so we had to cancel. Point to the property - they were ok about that, no arguing.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. There were too many flies and bugs in the room. Bugs and flies bit me all over. I was very dissatisfied.

Absolutely nothing

door lock it doesn't exist, you can't lock or close the door, it's dirty, the apartments don't match the pictures on the Booking website, the staff is rude and unprofessional, they don't respond to requests, they charged more than the agreed price, to put it mildly, horror

Nothing! I was really angry with what I found on the bed the next morning. Nothing can't make me like the place anymore. BED BUGS!!!

The bed was riddled with bedbugs which we noticed in the morning. See the pictures. At the time of checkout there was no one from the property to contact for assistance. Later I contacted the owners for compensation, but was utterly ignored. They tried to blame other people leaving the bedbugs, but that is not my problem. My problem was that the bed bugs were in the bed we slept. Which was terrible and left us with total shock and we even got them in the luggage. No compensation from the owners whatsoever. Ah and almost forgot. They don't accept card payment although they have stickers on the front door and also promote it on their booking page. This is 2024 people, come on!

Well, I liked the point that the host didn't canceled my early booking during Rammstein concert. I liked the location. Everything except it was disaster.

First of all, tons of BED BUGS. Never seen them before, hope will never see them again. Besides comfort, it's dangerous. Guy on the reception tried to take more for the room. When I asked some kind of receipt, price went back to the Booking one. I didn't get the city registration. It's free, it can be done by host online, they take "city tax" from me... But, we'll, I did not get anything. Room security is arguable. There's pinpad with not-so-secure password (4 digits, my friends guessed it from the first guess). I asked staff if they need my help to change it, they refused. Room is full of noise. Noisy fridge, noisy fish bowl next to bed, noisy street if you'll open the window. You'll suffocate if you wouldn't, so you'll have to.
