2 The Quadrant Luxury Apartments - Hoylake

It is such a beautiful property. It has real character. The decor is gorgeous. It was such a lovely place to relax. It has all the amenities we wanted and the location near the station and beach was perfect.

Location was excellent. Close to shops beach and transport.

There was no anti slip mat in the bath. No tea towels and no dish cloths. I was unaware that there were 3 flights of stairs, the last flight having 2 dog legs. Extremely difficult for 80 yr olds with 2 large and heavy suitcases There seemed to be no way to get the heating to work / so we were a bit cold at times.

Lovely modernised apartment. Very comfortable, with good facilities and plenty of space. Well set out & very clean Good view from front windows. Convenient location for us.

Could have had more cutlery & crockery.

Beautifully decorated and furnished flat. Gorgeous bathroom. Very classy place yet comfortable. Good sized living room and bedroom with very comfy bed, slept like a log! Bathroom had powerful shower but also a bathtub and was immaculately clean. Kitchen fairly basic but again clean with cooker, microwave and even a washing machine. No dryer but there was a clothes horse provided to dry clothes on. The flat is in a good location with shops, pubs and places to eat all nearby. The train station for an easy way into Liverpool is very close too.

The Front door to the outside stuck a little after some rain and could do with a carpenter to look at it but a good firm shove with the shoulder and was in no danger of not getting in!

Accommodation was exceptional, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed/pillows. Welll equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water. Great location by train station. . Host Alex very helpful and went that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

Location was great for the golf break. Close to station for train trip to Liverpool. Overall lovely apartment just a few disappointing decorating/maintenance issues. Loved the golf memorabilia.

‘Snagging issues’: main room curtains not hooked on at ends; radiator cover not fitted properly; couldn’t work the hob controls; table very wobbly; bedroom needs blackout blinds; wardrobe door off runner and unable to open/access; damp patches/miss coats of paint on wall above fireplace; bed a bit small and uncomfortable. Unable to access car parking area through back door. Not sure we knew it was on top floor - long way to lug two sets of golf clubs!

I love this place. It’s amazing. It’s quiet and peaceful. Great arrange of shops near by and the beach.

The only thing I would suggest is maybe black out curtains for the bedrooms? The rooms can get pretty bright early in the morning.

Quiet location with friendly neighbours.

The apartment was furnished to a high quality, everything we needed during our stay could be found already in the apartment. The location was very central and close to the train station, which was very handy.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm, Plenty of hot water. Kitchen well equipped. Laundry facilities good.

All good.
