Very cold upon arrival so with a young baby it wasn’t ideal. Took a long time to warm up.

standard of the property was excellent

No able to work the radiators, no boost button could be found. Window in living room is insecure

cleanliness, location, privacy, I enjoyed my stay and would return if my comments below were addressed..

The heating system of a small portable heater and wall mounted ceramic heater was inadequate for this time of year. the rooms were very cold. The duvet was low quality and minimum TOG with the addition of small size throw. there was no extra blankets to improve night time comfort. Sleep was difficult at times. Finally I thought the price for my week stay was too high and may put me off returning.

It is decorated beautifully

The property was not satisfactory as we booked and paid for a 2 bedroomed apartment yet were put in a 1 bedroomed place.

Very poor customer service. Lack of care about our predicament. Sent to the wrong place at first and then sent to correct venue but incorrect apartment. Agent made little effort to help us and had double booked the apartment. Have not had any word about a refund - to which we are entitled.
