Great location with views over beautiful countryside. Super kitchen. Perfect base to explore the area. Lovely balcony to second bedroom.

Bedrooms a bit small with little hanging space. A second loo would be a nice addition.

Exactly as the pictures - beautifully furnished, and the views from the lounge and twin room are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped. As others have mentioned, it is actually the first floor apartment, so there is another apartment below, but we heard no noise at all, and even in the extremely hot weather we had a lovely breeze through the rooms. Claire was so welcoming and offered us full access to the (lovely!) grounds, as well as use of the walled garden and bbq. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay, with lovely local walks, and the beach at Budleigh is fab. To note, the large balcony is off the twin room, rather than the master, not that it mattered to us in the slightest. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a spectacular setting. Very comfortable and peaceful.

Beautiful property in a quiet location. Plenty of space for three of us. Large and well equipped kitchen including a wine fridge and an ice maker. Lovely bathroom. Glorious view from the sitting room and balcony across the hills to Otterton. Nice pub in the village 10 mins walk away. Plenty of nice local walks and cycle rides. Decent wifi meant we were able to get some work done.

My wife would have liked a small welcome pack with a pint of milk and some information/history about the property. We brought our own maps but having a couple of OS maps would help people, though I do know they tend to be borrowed and not replaced. Note that there’s two good sized bedrooms and a small sofa bed. It might be a bit ‘cozy’ for six adults.

Communication good . Apartment clean. Homely and had most things we needed. Gorgeous views. Peaceful location. We were made welcome to enjoy the garden too. Very modern kitchen and bathroom.
