The Place is nice and fancy

The fact that I had to collect the key far from the property. Was pissed coz the location they put on their website is not valid we kept going in circles and the fact that we had to find a way to locate the property after hours trying to reach them was not good at all.

Scam they won’t answer your call

The guesthouse was located in a good area and felt safe. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and did their best to assist us throughout our stay. As we were travelling with children, they helped us find accommodation that offered more privacy and ensured that our family could stay together comfortably. When it became clear that our original booking arrangements had not been resolved, one of the staff members took the initiative to assist us by moving us to a larger family room after another guest checked out. We appreciated this effort and enjoyed our stay in the upgraded room. The staff remained professional, helpful, and accommodating despite being placed in a difficult situation.

We booked and paid for Siena Sun Apartment 4 for two nights, but after payment was made, we were informed that the apartment we had booked was still occupied and unavailable. We were instead offered alternative accommodation at one of the host's guesthouses. The biggest disappointment was the host's communication and handling of the booking. We were assured that we would be moved to the apartment we originally booked the following day, but after waiting for updates and making several phone calls and sending messages, the host stopped responding. We were left uncertain about where we would be staying and received no meaningful updates despite repeated attempts to make contact. By mid-afternoon on the second day, no arrangements had been made, and it was only through the assistance of a staff member that alternative accommodation was eventually secured. While we were grateful for the staff's help, we only gained access to the larger room after 4 p.m. and had to check out the following morning. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability from the host. Guests should not arrive to find that the accommodation they booked and paid for is unavailable, nor should they be left without updates while trying to determine where they will be staying. The staff did their best to assist us, but the host's poor communication and failure to honour the original booking significantly affected our experience.
