Hosts very good with communication. Van was clean inside. Location was amazing, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of free parking around the coast, make everywhere very commutable, with very good bus links also. We tried to have a quick tidy up before we left, but the hoover wasn't picking up. Would definitely stay again

Owner was very quick to respond when we needed to get in touch. Caravan was clean & tidy. Double bed was comfortable

Lack of some kitchen equipment i.e bowls to heat things in microwave. Saucepans could do with renewing

The owner Graeme, is so accommodating, he was there to welcome us to the caravan. He made the caravan very homely and cosy for my family and even gave my little one some change for sweets. We loved our time in that caravan and were very sad to come home. Hoping to plan another trip soon.

Kitchen could be better equipped- no knifes, veg peeler, colander, missing a few of the basics but definitely useable.

Lovely location as right next to sea side.

Our experience in this caravan was nothing short of horrific. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, there were cobwebs and stains all over the ceiling, and the shower was held together with duct tape. Even worse, there was no hot water, so we were forced to boil kettle water just to wash. The sofa in the living area was covered with a single sheet, which turned out to be hiding a filthy, foul-smelling mess underneath. Also as we pulled the sofa bed out, there was crumbs found, sweet wrappers and a hair bobble behind it. The carpets were heavily stained, and the bed sheets, which we paid extra for, were covered in what looked like bird droppings and various dirty marks. Peeling paint on the radiators, broken cupboards, a smashed mirror hanging on the wall, and absolutely no basic supplies like toilet roll or usable cleaning products made the stay feel more like a nightmare than a holiday. The oven didn’t even work, and when we looked inside, it was filled with greasy pans and grime. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to cover it. We contacted the owner during our stay, who showed no real concern. He gave us no useful help and told us to go to reception, which was closed. Thankfully, a security guard helped us and was shocked at the condition of the caravan. The owner later offered us a free extra night, but why would anyone want to stay longer in a place like this? We paid £200 a night for this place, and when we complained, the owner mentioned that the previous guests had no issues, as if that made any difference to our experience. I sent him photos via WhatsApp, but he didn’t even look at them. This was easily the worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. It completely ruined our weekend. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment, do not stay here.
