I’ve had an amazing experience staying The atmosphere is welcoming, and the people here make it feel like a home away from home. A special mention to Pintu, who always goes out of his way to help everyone—his kindness and support make a big difference. Also, Nishanth (aka Chocolate) is an exceptional cook! His delicious meals and the care he puts into feeding everyone truly enhance the stay. The overall vibe of the hostel is friendly and warm, making it easy to connect with people and feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family, this is it! Especially backpackers I can say it is a paradise

"Amazinggg"

I liked the comfort it gave to a solo traveller. The hostel guys organised an evening walk by the beach and it was amazing. I was earlier staying in another hostel which had all the groups coming in and heavily crowded. This place had the environment I was looking for. The evening Toddy Night was fun, I got to sit with solo travellers from all around the world. Extra 5 stars for the food and hospitality.

"Loved my stay here, Recommended for Solo Travellers"

Had a great stay at The Hostel Stories! It is centrally located(200 m walk to Varkala Beach) The property is neat & clean with proper hygiene maintained. Rooms are well furnished with proper spaces. The staff is congenial and very helpful. A must visit for solo travellers or short groups.

This the best hostel in varkala for solo travellers from my point of view, It very near to the beach, its clean and they also have very good common kitchen . And the best part is it’s very social and the host as very humble

Everything about the property is amazing!!! The dorms are super clean, hostel has a nice cosy vibe. Pintu is super nice to all the guests. I Would come back for sure!!!

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. The staff is super friendly and make you feel at home. The hostel is also super social, and it is easy to meet other people. I recommend staying here when you are in Varkala. The location is also close to the beach and restaurants.
