Heart of Brighton City Centre by 9S Living

It was clean , bright and airy The location was very central . Well equipped with kitchen utensils. The host also was very accommodating by letting us book in a couple of hours early and check out a hour later .

The only negative for me was it right by the Taxi pick up , so was noisy all night .

Fabulous location and well equipped apartment. SUPERB communication with owner, she was wonderful, quick to respond and super helpful. I will definitely book here again.

You need to bear in mind, the apartment is VERY central, superb location, but with that, comes noise at night😆 Ear plugs are supplied, they ARE needed🙂 Entrance and communal areas are ...... not top notch, but as soon as you enter the apartment, that's forgotten. The benefits far outweigh the negatives!

Great location, which is also it's downfall. Very noisy on Saturday night due to it being above the taxi rank in the centre of town, lots of shouting, fighting and roudyness outside the windows. Not sound proofed at all. Wouldn't stay here with family or if you need a good night's sleep like us for the marathon on Sunday. Expensive for what it was but everywhere was this weekend due to prices being hiked up for the marathon attendees. Doesn't mean it's reasonable though. The apartment itself is ideal for walking to all the main attractions of the city. Plenty of space and the snacks provided were a nice touch. Beds could be comfier for the price we paid per night and the sofa bed wasn't comfy enough to sleep on. The apartment gets very warm at night and this was in April. Couldn't have the windows open at night due to the noise. Fans or air con would help? It was clean and the staff very responsive when messaged. Allowed for an early check in and late check out which we were very grateful for.

Fantastic stay, great location. Super amazing host. Fantastic communication. Left a tray with a beautiful selection of different biscuits, porridge, coffee pods, sugar, tea bags, etc. Also left us fresh bread and milk. Super secure property. Loved everything about the property. Would 1000% bring my family back here to stay.

The location was perfect . Very central to everything. Right by taxi rank and sea front.

At night it was a bit noisy. We did know this as we know the area . It could people off but they do supply earplugs. Although the information for access and surrounding area was brilliant I think a folder on heating /appliances would be a bonus.
