We didn't like anything about the property !

Absolutely disgusting dirty would be an understatement. Horrible place to stay . Cramped, smelly .. the beds OMG so uncomfortable, the floor would be a better option. There is a night club basically next door so if you want to sleep don't bother . I don't know how to put how horrendous it is in words ... Just don't bother! WiFi doesn't work . Phoned and messaged on the booking app , no reply . The owner doesn't care , just wants your money . We left early , I messaged the owner and told them why (absolutely filthy , unclean crap hole) they had the cheek to message back stating that it had been deep cleaned before we got there . What a joke the picture I took will prove that ! Take a look .. disgusting place!

Can’t say I liked anything as I never got into the property.

We arrived at the property and the staff hadn’t given us the code for the lock box to enter the flat. We contacted them several times within the space of an hour and a half and no one got back to us. We ended up staying in a travel lodge nearby but it was disappointing.

Great location

Difficult to get into the lock box and when tried calling we couldn’t get an answer. Kitchen was unclean, chicken still in the oven, food on the cutlery/plates, microwave uncleaned

people drinking and yelling outside every night until 3am .My family can't sleep every night. I can't cook with utensils in the kitchen because they are in bad condition. Also, both door locks are hard to handle. Bath water is stuck in the sewer and can not be drained away smoothly. There is a crack on the bathroom floor, which is dangerous to walk on barefoot.

Location was easy to find and close to the centre and train stations. Decent size of the property.

Cleaning must be improved. And property is not available for people who are bigger size as you can’t get in the bathroom to use the toilet. It was painful to past shower and door gap, scratche my skin while trying to squeeze in. Broken tiles were hidden under the bath mat. Shower head must be sterilized or change asap, it was so dirty that you don’t wanna run water from it on your skin.
