Central location, great kitchen and comfy beds. Water nice and hot.

Have tried communicating with hosts who initially gave us wrong door code. Had to hang around for 3 hours after initial arrival, arranged back up lifts home and got dressed in toilets at venue where event was. Ruined our night, getting in, eventually, was not enough to put things right. We also found the apartment via local residents and not via instructions which had NOT been received prior to our artival time. Not good enough!

Location was good for the city centre.

I had previously sent emails and telephoned & the owners were slow to respond & didn't answer the question asked. I asked to be texted with the lock box code etc as my phone does not go on the internet yet they still sent it by email & I had to contact home to get the details. Great location but I doubt that the property has been approved by the local authority. Sleeps up to 4 people? ..Only 11 cutlery items instead of 16! Dirty grill pan and stove top, no microwave instructions, damaged glass tumbler in glass cabinet and a 'bathroom' that excludes anyone on the larger size as you have to squeeze between the wall and the shower through a gap of less than my shoe length (I take a size 10). The gap itself had cracked floor tiles and the toilet was set into an alcove where the headroom was very limited. Not an experience I would seek to repeat. The owners have stated that I own a property locally which is a complete fabrication. If so why would I pay almost £400.00 for a 5-day stay and own a property 100 miles away? I now understand why they get your money up front without any cancellation options.

"Disappointing and frustrating due to non responsive host."

Nothing!

The quadrant shower is directly in front of the door. There's a space of about 250mm to slide through. A pregnant lady, big people or someone with a pot belly cannot get through, hence cannot use the toilet. The WC toilet is located under the landing of the staircase going to upper floor. The landing of the stairs is 1.75m high. A man taller than 1.8m high cannot use the WC because he cannot stand close to the WC. There is no towel rail or coat hooks to hang clothes or towels in the shower room. The television is at the top of the wall by the cornice, making it difficult to look at. The living room with the kitchen has no window, hence no daylight. Living rooms and kitchens are habitable rooms that must have windows. However there is no window, hence the Local Council could not have approved the use of the space as a living room or kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are single bedrooms with standard double bed in each room. Hence the space in the room is reduced and tight. The property is located in the city center, not far from the pub. There was loud music from the pub, and there was a lot of noise from revelers at night. The night sleep was also disturbed by the cooing of the pigeons by the roof/windows. thing. I was told that parking is free if i gave our car registration numbers for our two cars before we got there. l gave the registration numbers and one of us got parking fine of #60.00. I called & messaged the person but he/she failed to communicate with me.

"Lovely little flat ideal for a small family to get away."

The flat was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Beds very comfortable and shower was good.

The bathroom was narrow and not much room. There was no parking as advertised when booking. Had to pay for parking which was only around the corner

Very convenient location, Had everything it needed for a overnight stay

Was a bit tatty like broken tile in bathroom that could catch ur foot/skin on if not careful, bathroom was tiny if you was over 5ft 8 you would hit your head as you stand up from loo, my husband who is 5ft 8 and physically fit struggled to get in and out of bathroom because of were the shower is right at the door. From the shower to the wall/door is tight squeeze l. You can see from broken tile picture where the shower is the the door/wall it's so tight..

Location. Handy for both train stations.

Difficult to give a review when we didn't actually stay. Booked property because we were attending a football match in Manchester. We know Warrington and it has good transport connections. Two days before, I messaged the property to request dropping our bags off at 1230 (not check in). This has never been an issue. Although, we could've made alternative arrangements if necessary. I didn't get any response. Whilst travelling on the morning of arrival, I made several attempts to contact the property. Via the booking.com messages and via the property phone number. Absolutely no response. When we arrived in Warrington, we went to the property. I again tried to contact the property several times. I Decided to send the rest of the family onwards to Manchester and stayed in Warrington with our baggage. If required, I would wait until 1500 check in time. Still no check in details provided at 1500. I then contacted booking.com for assistance. They were also unable to contact the property. By now I had serious doubts about the property being available at all. Booking.com said they would email the property (something I had also done) but give the property 30 minutes to respond. I explained that I'd run out of time and needed to seek alternative arrangements. I ended up booking a different hotel in Warrington. At 1535 I received check in details for this property. This was not acceptable in the circumstances. I don't expect properties to be available 24/7 like a hotel. But to totally ignore reasonable communications is poor. I will be taking my complaint further. Sorry for the long review. I now see that we're not the only ones to suffer similar issues. A good day ruined by poor customer service.

The flat was fine, fitted to a nice standard, and was in a good central location for a reasonable price per person it sleeps.

the bathroom, I find it hard to believe that this passed building inspections with a ~20cm gap between shower and sink to get in or out, this was difficult for some of our party. We booked the flat for its central location and being near nightlife, so I won't complain it was loud from the street, as what can you expect if you want to be close? It just felt slightly too small everywhere to be comfortable
