"unprofessional and bad customer service"

the location

1. changing our apartment day before arrival (many calls and time spent) 2. ⁠no towels in the appartment when we arrive, calling host and waiting for cleaning service to arrive late evening to brings some towels so we can finally get shower 3. ⁠no toilet availability for a day and a half (no response on 4 of our calls at emergency number, ignoring out whatsapp complains although mesage is ‘seen’) we had to go to caffes and restaurants to use toilet which additionally costed much more than planned. 4. ⁠moving us to a third apartment (waiting on support to approve this, waiting cleaning service to clean the new appartment, repacking all over again and spending half a day on phone and whatsapp) 5. ⁠confirming that check out is at 1PM and then cleaning service arrives 1 hour earlier causing another rush because of miscommunication.

"Lovely stay!"

The interior was lovely and the beds comfortable. It was a great place to stay for a weekend in Rotterdam.

The roof (which we needed to cross to access the property) was dangerously slippery in the mornings due to frost. There were only three spoons available for a maximum of 6 guests. The tap in the toilet was so loose it was unusable. There were shards of glass on the table when we arrived.

Excellent location and size of the apartment for the family! Very easy communication with the reception. Very clean and comfortable. We liked everything!! For sure will come back again

"Maintenance was shocking and despite many requests to fix the doors we had to leave the property earlier than expected"

Location and use of washing machine

Couldn’t open the door in 1 room and couldn’t close/lock the door in another room. The WiFi was also now working and neither were the outdoor lights nor the hallway lights
