Clean and convenient

- The door code hadn't been activated for us when we arrived at 10:30 pm. Also it wasn't clear which key pad to use. - Once it was activated the door to the apartment itself was very difficult to open - it's very stiff. Someone elderly would not be able to do it. - We had to ask for the WiFi code - it would be useful if it was written down in the apartment. The beds were both set up as doubles but we requested 4 singles. - The toilet seat was broken. - we asked for a later check out but received no reply.

Property was clean and liked that there was three separate rooms.

Poor location, not near centre. The access to the building was temperamental and we was told that both the same code would access the front and apartment room. This was not the case and we had to call the apartment.

Nice, cozy, clean, very comfy beds, good located, there is all you need. Supermarket and food are just around the corner. 15 min. walk from Rotterdam Centraal. Really good appartement! 3 bedrooms for 3 people is great :)

Very cozy, perfect for 3-4 person ( 2 single beds and 1 double bed in 3 separate rooms), very modern and big bathroom, separate toilet. Living room with kitchen. Apartment is 10-15 min to the city centre. Supermarket right downstairs. A lot of restaurants close by.

No direct parking space but there are some free parking spaces close by if you’re lucky. Late check out was not possible.

Lack of washing machine and dryer. Wrong room allocated and dishwasher not working. Exhaust in washroom was not functional.

nice location and facilities

Large apartment, modern, clean, and a supermarket directly downstairs. Highly recommended for those who visit Rotterdam
