Very good customer service and as advertised good looking boutique stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Really bad smell in the bathroom thru out our stay.

Honestly nothing. Only Deepak from front office was helpful others were least approachable.

Lake view is not great at all.Spending 5k for view is total waste,you can opt for better properties. Room size is very small the photos are quite misleading. Food is extremely costly nothing is in budget,if you are looking for budget tour this is not the place at all.

Location was good. Staff was polite. Lake view was amazing

Expensive for the kind of room and amenities. Construction going on with adjacent room was generating noise and dust. For 12k per night it was on the expensive side.

Nice location by the lake, although check in was poorly managed and our room wasn’t cleaned properly the rooms themselves are nice and have great potential.

Chaotic check in, didn’t get the room we had requested (two single beds) instead we got one big bed. They offered us a smaller room with two single beds but did not offer any compensation. Check in also took a solid 15-20 minutes. Ac was leaking so there was a big puddle on the room of the floor which the staff “resolves” by putting a towel on the floor under the AC. Also the room had not been cleaned properly and there was a sticky puddle of something in the floor. Additionally I had to change my pillowcase since the one I got first was stained

Ambience was good,cleaning was ok.

Restaurant is too costly.
