Panna Vilas - A Lake Facing Boutique Hotel

Location. Excellent location. Right on beautiful Fatehsagar Lake. Excellent view from the rooftop restaurant.

Service. Restaurant and hotel service was poor. Front office staff was inefficient and upfront. There was no hot water, only lukewarm water for shower. Avoid the hotel in winter months.

Only location.

The room fell short of expectations and certainly didn't justify the price. The bed sheets and pillows were noticeably dirty. The food was just average and unnecessarily overpriced.

Poor WiFi and no lift

Beautiful location right across Fateh Sagar lake. Our rooms and balconies had a wonderful lake view. The rooms were very comfortable , clean and beautifully decorated. The entire villa is beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view. Good was very good. My parents needed jain food and the restaurant made fresh breakfast for them each morning as per their request. We had two rooms booked for a family of 6. Our rooms were right across each other across a beautiful hall. It was cold and they gave us room heaters right away. Pictures don’t do it justice.
