Very kind stuff, they allowed us to make early check in free of charge and they upgraded our room. Excellent location definitely one of the best places we’ve been in India and highlight of our travel through west India. Totally recommended

The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the quality and choice of food is very good.

Well planned and beautifully designed property… Gives an authentic feel of Udaipur… Location is simply fabulous and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing👌 Very good food and variety in dishes available…

There were very small cockroaches in the room… an issue which needs to be addressed.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Food was very costly, however the view from restaurant was good.

While booking they have told lake view rooms but they have given a ground floor room i.e. road view.

Location is a killer

Food is expensive. Not all bathrooms have bathtubs.

The roof top restaurant had great ambience, food and the view of Fateh Sagar lake. The roof top restaurant was quite happening during dinner time with live music, great options of food. My room had a good view of the Fateh Sagar lake.

Breakfast could have been better. I stayed here for 4 days and they had almost the same menu everyday for breakfast. The bathroom had only showers. There should also be a hand shower or a bucket in case someone does not want to do a hair wash. The front desk staff in the morning could have been more professional. I stayed here for 4 days. Whenever I was at the reception, the morning front desk staff would ask if I was checking out that day. I clearly stated that I need airport pickup and drop in a bigger Sedan or Ertiga. However they sent a compact SUV with a CNG kit. So all the luggage had to be stacked on top or front seat.
