Boann 5 - Hot Tub-Hunting Tower Lodges-Luxury-Families-Romantic

Such a lovely quiet area, the lodge was so clean and comfortable and everything had been thought of. Myself, husband, daughter and 2 dogs stayed and everyone had a great two days.

It’s not so much I didn’t like it but there was no staff around that we seen and when we arrived, we went to the little reception and it was locked so I went to our lodge and it was unlocked with our keys inside. No criticism at all, we just didn’t know that was the process of check in. There was a lodge opposite us that had 4 or 5 adults, with them coming and going in numerous cars constantly. At one point on Saturday night the music went up super loud (we could hear it with windows shut,tv on). But it stopped before we even got to complain so absolutely no issue with that (despite us being early 30’s, we are super boring and we’re drinking tea in pjs at 9pm on Saturday night so we don’t have any issue with people enjoying themselves and it didn’t affect our stay at all).

chose because of hot tub. 1st night water temperature was cold. took too long to heat up. 2nd and final night went to use after tea but found lighting around the tub not working so unsafe to use in complete darkness.

Over all was lovely

It was very dirty to the point i had to get a family member to bring there hoover and cleaning products I had to give a full deep clean, which I wasn't very pleased with as this was meant to be a break and paid a fair amount of money for example looked like the cleaner only changed the beds and put in clean towels, i will upload all photos and would appreciate someone to get back in contact with me as I don't want the issues of going else where with a complaint. .fridge dirty .rubbish in bedroom .bath was very dirty, to the point looked like last visitors bath bomb lying within the bath. .used toilet roll on bathroom floor .cop webs .dust basically everywhere .dog hair on carpets and fire Place Please can someone get back intouch as over all I wasn't pleased with what I walked into I also tried to reach staff and no one was available, thanks

Comfortable clean and close to local amenities

Reception was closed Shower wasnt powerful at all, water was trickling out slowly Biggest disappointment was all the bird poo over the hot tub lid and surrounding area. when removed we didnt want to go in due to all the birds above us. If there was canopy over the hot tub this would be perfect! Lights werent working in the garden area where hot tub is, really dark, had to use my flash light until I switched hot tub light on.

Cleanliness inside bedrooms. Lots of dust under bed and behind headboard. Was noticed when plugging in phone chargers.

Very nice setting & everything you needed within the property

The shower wasnt the best pressure, relatable to a garden hose. Water temperature was good though
