"Excellent central location, gorgeous apartment."

Perfect location, gorgeous apartment, felt like a home from home. Hosts were great, answered all questions, checked in on us (via messaging) to make sure all ok. Would definitely stay again.

"A lovely apartment, warm, cosy and had everything we needed."

Spacious, warm, clean and homely. Excellent views of Dalton square, location was perfect. My daughter said it was the poshest hotel we’d ever stayed in.

Great location. Very comfortable, stylish apartment. Easy access to the property with a pin code. Carpark was very close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lancaster.

"Good location"

A lovely comfy apartment , location good for us. Really liked the no key entry system. It is on a busy road but once you're in bed ,which is very comfortable, you don't hear any noise. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lancaster.

"V good value, comfortable light and airy flat in atmospheric central location + facilities nearby"

Easy walk from railway station; Flat very spacious and light with comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen and easy chairs. Lovely view of Lancaster City Hall and Dalton Square, with the bonus of creative public performances / light show projections during the evening for which the flat offered a 'private box' type viewing! Good Chinese & Indian takeaways, and a well stocked Tesco Metro within a couple of blocks. Strong Wifi was appreciated as I needed to do morning's worth of work online, before heading on to enjoy the Lake District. Although I didn't meet the hosts in person, communication was excellent and they went out of their way to help when I left my watch behind, reunited with it before the weekend was out - thankyou. Highly recommend to other travellers - excellent location and value for money.

Nothing 'unlikeable' - but useful addition would be a coffee or side table next to living room sofas, to put drink on / reading material.

Location, clean, organised, spacious

Explanation of how heating thermostat works or is limited would help in winter, TV speed of control, bathroom mirror light needs fixing (not that you need it though with main light)
