Excellent location

Clean and comfortable flat right in the heart of Lancaster

The location is fabulous..close to the city centre and theatre. The flat is clean and modern but also has some charming old style shutters in the living room The flat overlooks Dalton Square

The living room can be noisy ( due to traffic outside) but this cannot be heard in the bedroom.

Really good value for money. We booked short notice for a weekend here, and this was the cheapest place with private facilities - cheaper than any of the local hotels at the time of booking. I was really impressed by the quality of the facilities. A modern apartment with everything you could need. A really nice bathroom. The location was superb. All in all, I came out feeling like I got a fantastic deal for this stay with the value

I'd be hard pressed to draw any criticisms here without really nitpicking and forcing myself to just say anything as a criticism. The place was great and the price was more than reasonable, so my review is only positive.

Location, facilities great and good soundproofing between bedroom and busy A6. Bed was ok.

Upstairs neighbours sound like elephants and the ceiling transmits every creak and step. Good shower room, but it was barely hot enough on max heat and I generally like a cooler shower. The couch in the living room is among the least comfortable I've ever encountered especialy after 6 hours of driving. Far too low and the stuffing is nearly dead.

The location is great, super central and lots of paid parking nearby.
