The location is great: close to the town centre, supermarkets, bus stop, and the station. Easy to get a bus to the Lancaster university. The place is pleasant to live in. The hosts are super responsive to any queries.

The stairs may be a bit much if you are a sollo traveller with luggage. The mattress works but is a bit soft.

Just needed coffee and sugar as was dry and old in the pot but don't feel the need to mark down for that as we loved our stay.

All the amenities were avaliable

As I had the fold down couch there was no blankets for it or pillows,it would have been nice to have a maiden to dry clothes on not bad though 🤔

"Perfect for a weekend away"

Lovely space, was modern and very clean. Comfy bed. Basic facilities provided (iron, hairdryer etc) which came in handy. Fab location, very central.

Could hear upstairs, and the location is right next to the town hall and does have bell chimes (not the property's fault, good to bring earplugs though)

"Modern facilities in a historic building"

A beautiful historic apartment with modern fittings. Huge sash windows with shutters that kept the road noise out. Self check in was easy, city centre location perfect - close to rail and bus stations, excellent restaurants nearby. Apartment has everything you need- fridge, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. Bathroom clean and modern.

Difficult to think of downsides
