Poppy's on the Lagoon

Wonderful staff, very large room with beautiful view. Good variety on menu.

Good bed, clean and fresh linen and towels, all appliances were in order

Internet connection is poor in the rooms.

food was good. Staff very helpful.

Maintenance of facilities very poor. Hot water systems non-existent to flaky. we needed to change rooms due to an infestation of fleas or something like that.

Staff were great. Good breakfast delivered daily, toaster, kettle and microwave in each room. Spacious rooms. We had beach front which was lovely and accessible.

Quite a steep incline to walk up to the road to get a bus or walk to town. Unable to swim in the Lagoon. We stayed following the two cyclones in March so understandably the resort was not fully functioning. The restaurant was not open every night and the food was ordinary.

Delicious, just right for a Continental! Delivered right to the door of my beautiful bungalow every morning.
