"An olde establishment in a historic town , worth preservation ."

Great location. Ample off street parking. Warm clean room.

Minor building maintenance needed . Beer garden bbq area could be put to use , plenty of unused space for local musicians. Food-, it would be nice to be able to rely on advertised availability of food .
