Pillows were filthy dirty, broken hazardous tiles in bathroom, no place to boil kettle apart from the floor, dressing table / desk extremely dirty, no bathroom blind. A double room with only 1 set of towels, wires and cables loose from tv, human hair in baked bean dish at breakfast

Good breakfast, good value for money and lovely staff

Bathroom was a little dated but price reflects that, so no problem at all

Breakfast on 26th was adequate. Was disappointed not to be advised prior to arrival that breakfast was cancelled on 25th. This is understandable being Christmas Day, but with earlier advice, we could have planned ahead

See above. Curtains in the bedroom need to be rehung

There was nothing to like, we were moved to room 11 after I threatened court action. This room was no better and the wash sink area was disgusting. This place spoiled our visit to our daughter.The place should be shut down.

The first room 2 was disgusting and dangerous the corridor lighting was broken, the shower door came off in my hand, the kettle had to be used on a flooring socket. There was no sink plug.
