easy location.

one of the windows lacked double glazing do you could hear the road outside all night. Worse night sleep for a long time. bathroom smelt damp.

I loved the ancient building in it National Trust village setting. Very beautiful and atmospheric. Staff were welcoming and helpful in changing my booking.

I would like to have been offered breakfast- although to be fair, I didn't ask.

"Very friendly staff which made our stay enjoyable."

The room was perfectly adequate, we were comfortable and warm and had a lovely warm welcome. The staff were lovely. Dog friendly.

The bathroom needs attention. There was a crack in the wall with daylight coming through near a beam. Needs updating.
