Nice staff

It was stepping into the 80's the entertainment was very old, I personally feel like it was like gods waiting room! As soon as that generation passed the hotel would close unless you upgraded the entire hotel and facilities.

Good location.

Room right near the lift.

Daisy was first class host slept like baby next time and will be next time bring my son near Babbacombe cliff railway I did get lost coming back from beach but it be ok short bus back in to Torquay

Bit dated but otherwise ok bit dear pint

Location being 10minutes from the shops and theatre, breakfast was self service which we prefer as it allows each guest to have their own choice and amounts.

No problems during our stay.

Dog friendly great staff

Didn’t know there was no lift to side of hotel my room was situated- I struggled with stairs

It was a comfortable place to stay, it was also within walking distance to the care home where my Aunt lives

The spa facilities were great and made the stay enjoyable.
