Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and great value for money.

The hotel is lovely but needs updating in many parts.

I should have asked for a room on the ground floor when booking as my 87 year old husband struggled with the stairs.

The parking I’m disabled so could not get parking closer to the hotel need more disabled facilities otherwise lovely stay

Granddaughter loved the swimming pool and the coffee shop

Evening meal wasn’t the best

The hotel is close to the center and where we wanted to be. Daisy the receptionist had such a wonderful vibe about her. We had a pool view room which was a nice touch

I’m unsure this box is big enough. Very old and outdated hotel. No parking when we arrived so needed to find parking on nearby street but it does state this when booking. Room is VERY budget. No hand soap provided. Bathroom mirror light not working. Hot water took a few minutes to come on and didn’t stay warm for long. Marks all on the wall in the bedroom, hand prints, splash marks from tea and coffee being made. ‘ clean ‘ bedding had orange / brown stain on it which was off putting. The mattress was the lumpiest mattress I have ever laid on. Typical worn divan where it bows. The worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Cooked breakfast was limited. White ‘scrambled’ eggs, fried eggs. Fried bread. Hash browns, fatty bacon cheap sausages and cold beans. Just did not tick any boxes for me sadly which is a shame as Babbacombe is such a lovely place.

Hotel needs up dating..lots of dust in bathroom..carpet stained in bedroom..skirting thick with dust.
