"Anchorage Hotel Feedback"

The location was fair and it was clean.

The hotel is dated and needs a good lick of paint. Home comforts need to be replaced in the rooms. The beds, although clean had seen better days, were pretty uncomfortable. The dining area is clean and spacious, but, again very dated. Breakfast was basic, a small supply of cereal, toast and English breakfast. The only fresh fruit offered was a tinned fruit cocktail. Evening entertainment on a Saturday night was a solo guitarist/singer. Very much aimed at the aging population. Overall, the hotel is very dated and needs investment in decoration, modernising and repairing, paper peeling, cracked ceiling, water damage, new beds and furniture. This hotel is aimed at the elderly and coach parties.

"Great value hotel for a short break near the sea!"

Relaxed, friendly, clean hotel with great little pool and spa. Nice seating area outside in good weather.

The pool only opened at 10am. Dinner was only served between 6-7.
