Good location good view have a space with construction zone so that reason why not too noisy at night. And everyone in the hotel, super friendly especially the lady owner whose smile all the time

The room is clean and quiet and the reception very welcoming a friendly and and I love the way they work for logic and always try and find my best solution for my trip and he handle the Bus miss pick up Bus even though it's not his responsibility because we book from someone else but he still handle it ❤️

I am from Ha Giang Loop to go to CatBa town at 7am morning. in the hotel, let me check in early without any extra fee and it make my day. And the room is clean. It's a view is beautiful. I love it.

The room is clean and the reception speak English very well and they will introduce everything about CatBa town even though we book tour from somewhere else he help us handle the problem with the tour company ❤️

Nice room and the location may not too busy and very quiet at night sometime have karaoke, but I'm good with that because that is the traditional of Vietnamese people. The reception is very welcoming and the owner lady very sweet. I will be back.

Location was great, but the best part was the hospitality of Thanh. He was super helpful, and overall just made our trip 1000% times better.
