I enjoyed staying there. The room was specious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. The staff were nice and polite. Even the breakfast was yummyyy, but they just need to work more on the decoration.

I love the view of the hotel and everything comfy and so the reception guy know how to make the job done so I love it.

Vị trí treo đồ trong phòng tắm bố trí chưa được hợp lý. Nên bố trí vị trí treo đồ bên ngoài cabin tắm để giúp khách thuận tiện hơn.

Ks lừa đảo, gần đến giờ nhận phòng thì thông báo ks mất điện rồi giới thiệu cho ks Thắng Lợi nói là như nhau nhưng thực chất còn k bằng nhà nghỉ. Nước nóng k có, nước uống k, k có 1 cái gì. Thực sự quá bức xúc. Mà giá những 700k/p. Mọi người đi thì né cái ks lừa đảo này ra.

Las habitaciones, al menos las que nos tocaron no eran como las de las fotografías. La limpieza era bastante justa, faltaban toallas, éramos 4 y solo había 2 de mano, por lo que tuvimos que pedir mas. Las camas son bastante duras y desde las 6 de la mañana hay bastantes ruidos. No se pueden abrir las ventanas por lo que si tienes ropa mojada por las lluvias ojo porque al final acaba oliendo la habitación bastante mal. Hay que tener en cuenta en todo caso que se trata de un hotel de 2 estrellas, por lo que no se puede pedir mucho mas

The towels were thread bare

The staff were so lovely, the view from the room was great and the room had some comfy chairs to sit in and enjoy.

A couple of small things, but they we're fixed when highlighted - for example, the ac remote control didn't work when we arrived, but when highlighted, it was replaced quickly by staff.
