Advise guests that they will recieve instructions just before checkin.

Perfect location, cutely decorated. Spacious, great couch, good storage, comfy bed.

Terrible check-in. No information until I called directly, but didn’t get to talk to anyone. Left outside in an alley in the dark in minus 6 conditions for 40 mins until a message came via WhatsApp, but with outdated info on it. Eventually worked through it with a photo of the updated code, but still quite confusing and frustrating with the lock box no where near the actual property. Also a last minute text request for the city tax in cash - which we didn’t have on us. Couldn’t find an iron though it was listed.

L'host non ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi! Sparito dopo il check in. Il necessario per la cucina, come sapone per piatti, spugne, scottex ed il necessario per il bagno, quindi saponi ecc.. non erano presenti (ma indicati nell'annuncio)

Schmutzwäsche war in den Kästen gelagert, es gab keine Handtücher oder Duschtücher, nur ein schmutziges Handtuch hing schlampig im Bad. Es gab keine Seife und KEIN WC Papier!! Auf unsere schriftliche Anfrage haben wir bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Der Code des Schlüsselkastens war falsch- der zweite Code, der gesendet wurde hat dann gepasst. Die Vermieterin war auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar

It was nicely decorated and the location was great.

Despite messaging the host for two days beforehand to confirm our check in details, they only provided this at 4pm on the day. This created a lot of stress as we weren’t sure if the booking was going ahead and we were unable to plan our arrival. When we arrived at the property, it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. There were hairs in the bed, the sheets were a mess and they hadn’t been cleaned. The rest of the apartment was also untidy and all of the towels had been used by the previous guests and not cleaned since, meaning there were none available for us to shower. I tried to contact the host to see if they could send someone to change the sheets and provide clean towels as we felt uncomfortable staying in the property in that state, however they didn’t respond. I’ve since contacted Booking.com to obtain a refund, however they still haven’t heard from the hosts either. We received a very poor service from this property and haven’t even had an apology for the mess we found it in.
