Exceptional hospitality and great ambience. Shagufta, Riyaz, Washim, Guddu were incredibly helpful and took care of each and every need.Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Fortune Heevan Srinagar is a luxuriously built property with big sized, clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of foods & the south indian items like upma, uttapam, dosa,idli are excellent! The staff and services during breakfast at the restaurant are very attentive. One staff Siraz desrves special mention.. You also have a complimentary high tea around 5 pm with excellent pakoras & sandwiches etc.

The clearing of trays after in room dining is an issue. The trays are not cleared even after 10 hours after you kept them outside your room. The housekeeping staff which cleans the washroom replaces one less towel every day. We were in triple occupancy but after cleaning only 2 towels were kept on both days in spite of telling the staff that we need 3 towels since we are in triple occupancy. Area of improvement - Ordering in room dining Western dishes eg Grilled fish in butter garlic sauce , the bill gives the same name but the dish is served - grilled fish with a yoghurt based sauce ?? The goshtaba in restaurant was excessively sour.
