The apartment has a great location, just a short walk to the city center. There are supermarkets within an 8-minute walk (about 450 meters), which is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including plates, mugs, cutlery, bowls, wine glasses, a Nespresso machine, and a water kettle.

Unfortunately, there is no proper bed - only a sofa bed, which was quite uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows didn’t provide good support, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. If you are travelling by car, bring your own pillows. We visited during a warm weekend, and the apartment became very hot. The small fan provided wasn’t effective, and opening the windows didn’t help much either. Additionally, the water takes a long time to heat up. We had to let it run for about 10 minutes before it was warm enough for a shower.

The apartment is well-located.

Staying at this flat ruined my short - 36 hour - stay in Luxembourg. I had two issues arise while staying there, and ended up having to wait around the flat for literal hours for support and resolution: (1) The internet did not work and (2) there was no hot water for most of a day. For some reason, the apartment's customer service seems to be suggesting that the internet not working was my fault because I did not plug in the modem - even though I contacted them for support, did troubleshooting (at cost to myself because I had to pay for internet data to send them the multiple pictures of the router they requested since I didn't have internet), and waited around the apartment for support for two hours before leaving and granting them access to the flat to look at the issue while I was out. Also, while in this case the apartment claimed that the lack of hot water was a problem with the building, the first response I got from their customer service when I flagged that the hot water wasn't working was to "Please leave the water running for 20-30 min and you will be able to have the hot water. Thank you :)" ... which suggests to me that lack of hot water is a frequent problem and that this company has no regard for the environemnt. I spent the day (after a run) unshowered. I asked for some kind of compensation for the trouble and numerous hours I wasted waiting around for resolutions to both problems, to no avail. Then I was told that they would contact me about my request for compensation, but despite being told I would receive a response by Monday (28 April) did not hear from them until I contacted them again today (21 May) to follow up. Finally, the bed is an uncomfortable fold down bed. Don't waste your time staying here like I did.
