Good location, easy self check-in, compact clean apartment,friendly staff over the phone.Keep in mind you need to check in on the link they provide in order to have acces at the property , very important.

A bit complicated check-in with website having video, which is very informative, but I can't check-in without watchint it. Better to know your keylocker by photo

good location (not too far of a walk from the center). Cozy studio, thoughtfully decorated. Warm temperature. Customer service is very responsive by whatsapp, and they are very communicative by email. However, it must be a central service/office that isn't familiar with the specific units because they didn't know the answer to how to find the unit. Wifi is super fast (300-400 Mbps). Bath towel is very large and soft. Detergent is pods in a kitchen drawer.

I wish they did payment through Booking rather than through their own system; I was having credit card issues because of that. Make sure to note which apartment it is when you watch the video because it won't tell you on the lockbox, the keys, or any of the doors on the floor, and the names on the lockbox (Florio) and the apartment door (Sylvie) are different. The doormat also does not say "Welcome," though we are told in the video that it would. I wish they included more than just the lockbox code in the check-in email (they should say which mailbox contains the lockbox and which apartment it is; likely people will not remember the video's non-specific instructions after watching the video once). TV remote control didn't work. Toilet seat is very high; they should provide a stool to accommodate people’s various heights. The floor has dust and hair on it, and there was hair on the shower door from a previous tenant. Hand soap dispenser in bathroom is empty.
