Modern Studio in Central Luxembourg Gare Area

Somewhat okay appartment

We had a very weird stay here. Fist of all, we expected a bed, but this was a quite uncomfortable sofa bed. Also there were a lot of tabs for a dishwasher laying in the kitchen, but there was no dishwasher in the appartment? Secondly, there was a noticable smell of Curry in the whole building, which was very disgusting. The area did not feel very safe at night.

Location is good with a tram stop close by.

Very bright studio, well equipped kitchen with all you can need in a one week stay.

Small fridge

The accommodation had a ton of problems: the bed was broken, the mattress was uncomfortable like a sofa bed, dirt between the shower and sink, broken lights, and a bathroom heater that didn't work. I spoke to them, and the solution was to send someone a day later who would resolve all this, invading our privacy or, at worst, took away our vacation time. As if that weren't enough, the entire accommodation smelled of food from the surrounding area, curry, and spices. Don't stay there; you still have time.

All the facilities available were excellent.

Everything was perfect. Location is in main centre. Easy check in process. Host is very helpful. 🙏🏻

Kitchen need more cleaning. Utensils were not cleaned properly it was oily.😔

Location relative to trams and walk to town.

The instructions to find the lock box code: they given the door code which confused us for awhile. There were no door code needed in this case, however, the wording in their checkin lounge was door code, and lockbox code will be released once we checked in, hence the confusion. The unnecessary stuffs inside the apartment making the apartment crowded and cluttered for a traveller. The bed is not what we expected (it is more like a sofa bed rather than a full queen size bed). The shower does not drain fast enough. The toilet flush were quite noisy, and we can hear next door neighbours activity.

Apartament is clean, all necessities as washing machine, coffe machine, TV,check in system is very well structured , they send you codes via their app, make sure you follow the instructions otherwise you will not be able to get into the property.Thank you for hosting and being helpful !

Convenient to public transportation and restaurants. The washer/dryer was a nice feature, also.

Some lights didn’t work. A bit complicated to find the lockbox and get into it. They provided video but I would have found written instructions easier to follow. That’s probably personal preference, though.
