Very comfortable and convenient for the airport.

Rooms were neat & clean and staff was really helpful

Good selection for breakfast and nicely served. Location is convinient for travellers from Delhi international airport. Staff is supportive and accommodative.

Rooms were very comfortable, and once you’re able to actually find the hotel its location is quite good.

All requirements were fulfilled. Food was good, staff from all departments were nice and friendly. Had a great time

Convenient Location for those looking to get to the airport without the worry of getting stuck in traffic !!! The rooms were a good size and the hotel itself seemed to have been decorated well. There was a good spread at Breakfast and the Kitchen staff were very accommodative and happy to serve :-)

The Reception staff, one in particular was a major let down !!! Despite having confirmed our time of arrival in the morning on the same day we were expected to arrive .... and then once again confirming it just under 2 hours before we arrived at the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, the warm welcome that we were not expecting ..... we do not have rooms for you !!! we are fully booked !!!! The reason given ........ you came later than you had stated !!!!!!!!! the truth .... we were not even 30mins later than stated ! The Solution offered .... rooms at their other hotel ... but at the rate charged for this hotel !! Note : the other hotel rooms were cheaper !!! so for the inconvenience they have caused ...we were being compensated by charging us more for the rooms :-( To make matters worse .... we were informed by the reception staff that there was no manager on site to speak to ... apparently no management was available to even speak to us on the phone ! The attitude of the member of staff dealing with us ...... clearly a lack of training in customer service and communication skills !! he tried to cover his mistake with one lie after another ... all with a smirk and and expression that demonstrated a lack of care !!! Eventually, after much back and forth, rooms were made available for us !!!! But Despite being a good size and with decent facilities .... the lack of maintenance and upkeep was clearly evident .... door handles falling off the bathroom door etc From a managerial point of view ???? we are yet to hear from anyone at this property regarding the disgraceful show put up by their member of staff ....... is it right to leave junior staff unsupervised to run a site that is opening doors to so many visitors ???? especially when there is also a clear lack of training and skills in the front desk ???

Nothing. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets looked like they haven't been cleaned for ages and the breakfast was not even worth looking at.
