Poor maintenance of lobby, tripping issues on uneven surface. Rooms smelly Bathroom cistern leaking. Inadequate drinking water Breakfast average Tendency to fleece customer like paratha available but curd chargeable. As a marriage group, allotted rooms between three floors, in spite of assurance

Cleanness was not upto the Mark

They mistook my booking and thought I was arriving the day before my actual arrival. I let tem know the mistake and they stopped answering me. I got my Indian friend to call them and every time he could ask for "the Spanish booking" they hung up the phone. I had to find a new hotel last minute and they didn't cancel my reservation so they CHARGED ME for a room they didn't provide. Please stay away from this SCAM

THEY TAKE RESERVATIONS IN THEIR NAME BUT WHEN YOU GO THERE , THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ROOM IN THE HOTEL , BUT THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL OF THEIR'S WHERE ROOM IS AVAILABLE . THAT HOTEL IS A DINGHY HOTEL , SMELLY , DIRTY , STINGY . YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION OTHER THAN ACCEPTING IT AS YOU CANNOT CANCEL BOOKING. SO , IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST THAT DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL , THIS HOTEL IS A FRAUD HOTEL . THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST .

Great staff! Very attentive. Nice hotel for a layover. The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. But overall great experience. Thank you!
