Excellent Service, Security and Comfort at Hotel Arch Plaza I recently stayed at Hotel Arch Plaza near New Delhi, and my experience was exceptional. The communication service was top-notch, making it easy for me to address any concerns or needs. The food here is both delicious and of great quality, which added a special touch to my stay. The staff, especially those at the information desk, were incredibly helpful. They not only supported me throughout my stay but also suggested convenient services like booking a cab when needed, making my travel easier. One of the highlights of my stay was the high level of security. Even though I stayed alone, I never felt unsafe, thanks to their excellent security system. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Arch Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay with great service and food.

There was not good quality soap available in the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t working.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. A very quiet hotel so I slept well. Hotel taxi was overpriced, so I arranged my own taxi to Kashmiri Gate. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing. Just juice, cereal (inedible cornflakes), tea and parata (tasted stale), toast with butter and jam. No masala dosa, idli or anything hot.

Included buffet breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was also great. No need to go out as all was available at the hotel.

Only 2 small bottles of water provided for 2 people therefore not enough for many cups of tea

Fantastic restaurant; polite front desk, but not all were helpful and did not come across as honest.

1) we stayed two different times. First visit bedroom had black mold in walls. Second time hotel had given our rooms to another party, and allegedly “upgraded” us from 2 twins to 1 king next to very noisy kitchen. 2) price charts was not changed even though 3 rooms provided were not what we ordered 3) we stayed 3 days and daily cleaning was not auto-provided - we had to request 4) airport taxi driver had trouble finding the location. 5) hotel sent numerous messages asking for prepayment - different from how it is promoted on booking.com and lots of time and phone calls were made to try to obtain clarification.

Great food at onsite restaurant; porter staff helpful with taxi unload and load. Hot water without turning on the hot water heater. Ample seating in suite room for our group meeting

Black mold on walls of 2 of 3 rooms and made breathing difficult.
