Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights will be 39 EUR. The cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 nights is 70 EUR. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the room after your stay, the cleaning fee will be waived. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - 15 EUR from 19:00 to 20:30; - 25 EUR from 20:30 to 22:00; FROM 50 EUR after 22:00 - UPON REQUEST ONLY AND SUBJECT TO OUR AVAILABILITY. Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer 2 portable heaters for 15 EUR/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during the colder months. The property can only accommodate dogs weighing up to 5 kg. An additional fee of 5€ per night applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
