The listing states that the price includes cleaning fees and taxes. The host demanded an extra 39 euros at check in for cleaning in addition to the 8 euro local tax fee.

The property was nice.

Black mould in one bedroom so bad my mother was coughing all night. Had to drag a single mattress into the lounge area for the next two nights as we couldn’t use the front room. Bathrooms had mold and pubic hair. Yuck

The apartment is clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, the location is near the city centre.

The apartment doesn't have the heating system, without sunlight, it's as cold as an ice cellar at night. The host earns money as much as they can, they offer portable heating as €15 per one per day and the parking costs €12 per day, which is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Besides of these, you also need to pay cleaning fees €35 and city tax when you arrive.

The apartment was pretty and comfortable, with many facilities such as towels. shower gel and coffee. The location was good. However...

THESE GUYS ARE A MONEY MAKING MACHINE AND IT STINKS. First of all, the promised parking was more than 10 minutes away and was more expensive than the other one we found by ourselves (the way it was communicated to us was like if there was a free one as well, but maybe we misunderstood from the ambiguity of the copywriting). The most important thing is that they wrote us in a message that we get a 24-hour parking for 12e and the girl who handed us the keys said the same, but when we wanted to take it for the next day, it was magically 15e, because apparently the price of 12e is from 3pm-11pm. What a scam! And they didn't want to explain us the lack of logic behind it, just wrote us passive aggressive messages back saying they don't have a parking spot for us anymore. Second of all, there is an enormous cleaning fee of 35e they don't include in the price when you book. We found later it was mentioned casually in the end of the long booking post. We didn't say a word while paying them that because we didn't want to cause a fuss, but in the end they even wrote us a message saying that the dishes and bins are not included in the sleazy extra cleaning fee. Also, we were not warned that there are many apartments in the city called the same, so we came to the wrong location searching it on the maps. Be careful with this! And just so you know, they will write to you plenty of times before arriving to the facility trying to sell you their other services such as private driver from the airport, a welcoming basket and so on. The point is, communicate everything in advance, this way you ruin the whole experience despite the fact that you put effort in the interior.

Location was great. We had 3 bathrooms, coffee, the house was clean. We had silence and the metro station was close

Were to many insects outside on the chairs

Beautifully furnished, modern and funky and exceptionally clean and comfortable bedding. Garden terrace was lovely to relax in after a day out in the city.

Nothing it was perfect. Lovely local restaurants were recommended to us nearby which were hidden gems. But also accessible to main tourist area on foot or metro. Very near an amazing market in Bolhao

Couldn't fault the appearance of the apartment. Better than the photographs and the host was extremely helpful.

Patio doors didn't lock. The window to pick up the keys was tight.
