Het was opzich mooi en modern ingericht.

Lakens van de bedden waren niet verschoond. Geslapen bedden dus. Zat zelfs bloed in een van de laken. Verder was het ook niet echt schoon. Badkamer zat vol schimmel. Naast het bedrag wat ik aan booking heb betaald, vroegen ze bij aankomst ook nog eens 40 euro schoonmaakkosten, beetje raar voor een appartement dat zeker niet schoon was.

The rooms were spatious, kitchen was nice and bathrooms were OK. Decoration of the apartment was interesting. The location was in 15-20min walking distance from the centre of the town.

The cleaning fee of 39€ is hidden in the "small letter policies" and we were not aware of it when comparing other options in Porto. Despite the cleaning fee, the washing machine was hidden in a not very clean closet. We were offered parking for 13€ per day, although we arrived on Sunday when parking is free in the street (and 1,2€ per hour during working days 7-19). It was not a big problem to find parking spots in the street.

Buena comunicación con el equipo que gestiona la casa. La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, hay supermercado cercano. El aparcamiento por ser todo zona de pago , tuvimos que aparcar en un parking público cercano al apartamento (35 euros las 48 horas). Hay que pagar 39 € de limpieza en metálico (te avisan de ello previamente). Tuvieron la deferencia de dejarnos una botella de vino, cápsulas de café, pastilla del lavavajillas...

Las sillas y sillones de la terraza estaban un poco sucios. Una de las habitaciones daba a la calle y se oía mucho ruido.

This is the worst accommodation experience in my life. We were told upon arrival that additional cleaning fees would be charged. This should have been mentioned in the information in advance but it was not. The next night, when we were about to clean the room before taking a shower, the power went out. We tried to restart the main power ourselves but it didn't work. We could only rely on the remaining mobile phone power and flashlight for lighting. We reported this issue to the owner but was completely ignored. Isn't this ridiculous? We couldn't shower or use any electrical appliances and our phone didn't have enough battery. To make matters worse, we failed to meet one cleaning policy and our cleaning deposit was forfeited. We not only folded the quilt and through the trash according to the regulations, but we also reported the power outage and only received a message that there would be no refund.

Location is great. Apartment is pretty.

Firstly, the place was ABSOLUTELY freezing and you have to pay extra €15 per night for 2 heaters that won’t even warm the whole house up. We were all scared to get out of bed because it was SO cold. What makes it worse that they locked up the heaters and extra toilet paper in a room in the house where we could see it like were prisoners. They also had rat droppings in the laundry cabinet next to the washing machine and we saw a rat running up the garden wall. We also only managed to have 2 showers on our first day there as the hot water ran out - we told them this and they said we would just have to wait a few hours and continued to not believe us saying ‘well it is equipped for 6 people’. They also took a cleaning fee on arrival and are now trying to take ANOTHER cleaning fee due to the fact we didn’t throw out the garbage. What is the original cleaning fee for then? They are absolutely greedy and vile. DO NOT go here. It’s not worth it. We are all sick now.

The location is accesible going to the train station. A lot of restaurants & coffee shop nearby.

The linen and the pillows smell not good. The towels are not so clean. No extra plastic bags for the garbage. No heater for the entire apartment we need to wear extra clothes to make us warm.

Quiet, safe location and a short drive away from most tourist attractions. The flat has a nice cozy layout with afternoon sun in the main bedroom and living room. Slept very well in comfy beds. There is warm water for shower and the necessary kitchen appliances and iron facilities are at hand.

Not very clean and fresh, but tidy. The main bedroom cupboard was smelling bad so we did not use it. The main bathroom shower needs to be drained as the water pooled up during a shower. The second bathroom shower doors don't close properly and the shower is a bit small for an adult. The white towels are not white anymore and a bit old. There weren't enough basic toiletries for two days.

Great location. Good communication from host.

Property a bit noisy from movement upstairs.
