Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights will be 39 EUR. The cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 nights is 70 EUR. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the room after your stay, the cleaning fee will be waived. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - 15 EUR from 19:00 to 20:30; - 25 EUR from 20:30 to 22:00; FROM 50 EUR after 22:00 - UPON REQUEST ONLY AND SUBJECT TO OUR AVAILABILITY. Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer 2 portable heaters for 15 EUR/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during the colder months. The property can only accommodate dogs weighing up to 5 kg. An additional fee of 5€ per night applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lo que nos gustó fue la ubicación y que tenía un patio, además la casa es amplia para 6 personas y cuenta con 2 baños. El precio fueron 54€ por persona 3 noches siendo 6 personas.

Hubieron varias cosas que no me gustaron: - olía a humedad - algunas paredes tenían moho - el baño de abajo era pequeño, sin mampara para la ducha por lo que se mojaba todo. - falta papel higiénico para las noches y personas que estábamos - no habían persianas ni cortinas para los que dormían en el sofá cama - hacía mucho frío en la casa, faltan mantas.

La ubicación, íbamos andando a todos sitios. La comunicación fue excelente con el anfitrión. Buen cuidado.

Hacía mucho frío. Para la calefacción había que pagar. Al baño de la planta superior le hace falta enchufes, no hay.

Não gostei porque foi cobrado 39 euros deixei casas camas desfeitas toalhas lavadas loiça cozinha limpas foi cobrado 39 euros por ter arroz no qual n comi 3 migalhas bocados esfregona branca na qual a esfregona da casa era azul quando limpamos tinha ração cão de baixo móvel cozinha exaustor cheio de gordura fui eu tive limpar não gostei porque não acho justo estarem cobrar 39 euros nao me foi devolvido o dinheiro por ter 3 migalhas bocado esfregona branca já era muito tempo porque a esfregona se fez limpeza era azul muito insatisfeita não recomendo porque estão roubar as pessoas
