Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights will be 39 EUR. The cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 nights is 70 EUR. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer 2 portable heaters for 15 EUR/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during the colder months. The property can only accommodate dogs weighing up to 5 kg. An additional fee of 5€ per night applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

OOJOOOOO! Te cobran sumplemente por un "servicio de limpieza" que no esta incluido en el precio de Booking. Además, el parking no es de ellos, es un parking público que también tienes que pagar y no siempre tienen disponibilidad.

"Appartement très bien placé"

L'emplacement était parfait et la petite terrasse sympathique pour se détendre et prendre l'apéro.

La petite chambre côté rue est bruyante. La salle d'eau attenante est vraiment faite pour des petits gabarits. Heureusement qu'à l'étage la chambre et la salle de bain étaient correctes. Pour 2 nuits c'était malgré tout convenable.

Przyjemny apartament. Dwie łazienki. Bardzo miła obsługa z dobrą znajomością angielskiego.

Minusem jest utrzymanie czystości choć płaci się dodatkowo za sprzątanie na miejscu. Do wyboru jest możliwość posprzątania samemu i pewnie stąd te problemy z czystością. Druga łazienka bardzo ciasna, pleśń w fugach pod prysznicem.

We had a lovely stay in the appartment and enjoyed it a lot. You can sit outside in the small backyard the city is only a short walk away and small supermarkets are around two corners. As the cleaning fee has been announced in the communication this has not been a surprise for us. The parking spot is a 15 minute walk away, which is close enough, but we usually walked or used public transport to move around the city.

Es amplio, incluso tiene una terraza pequeña, nos gustó mucha la distribución y la chica que nos recibió fue muy amable en todo momento.

Pienso que el gran fallo del alojamiento son los baños, no puede ser que estén tan mal. Los dos baños están en mal estado de higiene.

Appartement cosy et bien agencé. Convient pour 5 personnes avec petite terrasse sympa et pas loin à pied du centre de Porto

Un peu d'humidité et manque de luminosité.
