"Good stay , flat well appointed ."

Location great. Warm flat and good living room and kitchen.

No mattress protectors on bed- just sheet on mattress -though mattress looked clean. Absence of window in downstairs bedroom might be issue in warmer weather.

"Just don’t: unwashed sheets and a broken shower with zero responses"

Location was handy for hop on hop off but that wouldn’t make it considered staying again or recommending to my worst enemy

I made a 5 minute video about the extensive list of issues about this property. I ask Booking.com 4 times if they were able to view the video via the link I provided but they never responded. The owner never responded to any of our pleas for help to rectify. Eventually Booking.com gave us a small credit with no explanation. I also put a mild review up 3 months ago when we stayed yet we are still being asked to review. Would you sleep in a bed with unwashed sheets? Would you be happy with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights? Would you be happy with a broken shower? The list is long and not good

"Excellent apartment in a superb location."

Everything was great. Lovely sized apartment on the ground floor - no stairs to the apartment; the kitchen, 2nd double bedroom and W/C are located in the basement, down a staircase. Refurbished to a high standard with modern kitchen, heating and facilities. The location is superb - Stockbridge is right on your doorstep with great restaurants, shops and bars just 5 mins away. Very comfortable apartment.

The pillows were a bit lumpy, but I’m nitpicking. Everything was great.

The check-in service was very efficient. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped.

Some of the windows didn't open so the air wasn't that good.
