3 bed house with parking near airport

Everything was great about the property. Well maintained, all the equipment we needed, near to the airport and the Royal Highland Centre. We also found a lovely little spot to enjoy the coastal view 15 minutes away by car in Cramond. The host was extremely helpful in sorting out a heating issue and allowing us to check out later as my son had injured his ankle and was struggling to wallk.

the key safe was over the grass and and after very heavy rain the area was a deep puddle so very difficult to stand on

The home had most things our family needed. It was comfortable and pretty easy to get to - with buses a short walk. The host was very accomodating and responsive which was wonderful. The two bathrooms were great with our family of 4 adults and a child.

The kitchen could have been a little better equiped with a few more utensils - but this was not a major issue. The heating was hit and miss as it was on a timer and it was quite cold at times (we were there over new years so it was cold in Edinburgh!)

Nice, big house, with carpark, fairly clean. Well equipped. The heating was working great. Tv with streaming services.

I was there only for 2 nights, so i could live with it, but if i booked for a week or two, it would not be possible to stay that long as in one of the bedrooms the mattress was so soft it was not possible to sleep. It was like laying down on a balloon. If i had to be there longer, i would have cancelled the stay or started ringing the owner to change the mattress. I can say it was only that 1 thing, but if u can't sleep all night, you can't enjoy your stay

Location and facilities and friendly, helpful host.

We had an early flight the next day so this place was perfect for us, only a short drive to the airport. The allocated car park was helpful. The place was warm and cozy, with abundant heating throughout the house. WiFi was good, host was also responsive. Would recommend for anyone needing a stay close to the airport.

The property is great. We are 5 people of 2 families driving from different locations. We can park 2 cars free. Out of 4 days, we spent a day in city center with public transport (£5 day pass a person) where tram is 15 minutes walk and bus is 5 minutes walk from the property. The location is good for driving and not driving. The environment was quiet, mainly because it is away from traffic. The property is in an estate where there are few neighbours so it is very safe to stay. The property matches the description and photos. So, it gives a confidence of booking for future guests. The living/dining room is spacious. The bedrooms are of good size.

Mattress of one double room is a soft one which I can go with it for short stay, knowing that hardness of mattress is very personal.
