3 bed house with parking near airport

Well positioned, warm and comfortable beds.

The house has seen better days. Heavily stained living room carpet. Rubbish in the back garden. Insufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The downstairs shower was not working with broken controls and it was not very clean and, a mattress propped up behind the sofa.

Nice quiet area in a good location for accessing the city.

The towels provided were small, having a seating area in the garden would be good.

The location

It was extremely dirty! There was mouldy food in the microwave! The kitchen counters was dirty full of food and unwiped! Not one lamp worked there was no lightbulbs! The plug hole in the bath was so dirty it was visible from just looking at it without taking the top off which I done to try and clean so my children could have a bath it was so full of gunk I had to abandon the bath idea and shower them down stairs! Customer service form the property is very poor no one has gotten back to me about money back am so disappointed by all this £200 for one night is shocking for what I came across!! Do not pay that for this! Also there was a mattress behind the living room couch very messy looking

I had a very positive experience with the host. He was exceptionally helpful, providing useful information regarding key pickup and responding communicatively to all our questions. In messages, we received plenty of helpful details about nearby shops and restaurants etc. Furthermore, if any issues arose with the accommodation, they quickly and efficiently resolved them. Upon our arrival, there were fresh flowers on the table.

The kitchen was not well-equipped. If they expand it in the future, for example, with a few pots, a corkscrew, etc., it will be perfect. It could have been warmer, but we mentioned it in a message, and it got resolved. Cleanliness was not the best; the utensils were dirty, and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. With better attention to cleanliness, these issues can be addressed.
