3 bed house with parking near airport

We really liked how clean everything was and how spacious house was. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a family. We also liked the location. It was close to the tram station and bis stop. There is a small shopping plaza 15 minutes away. House was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was nice to have some peace and quiet after busy day of exploring Edinburgh.

Descent spot for the 5 of us. Kitchen had what was needed, back garden got some sun and rooms were ok.

Pretty outdated and needs some work. Handles falling off doors and cupboards, extremely warm with just a bit of sun so a small fan would be great. Bit far of a walk to the train for our group would have liked to be closer. Overall it was underwhelming.

My friend needed more freshner in the room bec it smelled cigarettes.

Very nice space. Very clean. Had instructions about where to go for a quick bite.

Everything was fine. Washer dryer combo was first time I used. tip that only put 6 to 8 clothing items as it takes a long time to dry.

Good location.

Lacking of tableware. Some lights did not work.

There were 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which gave the family plenty of space. It was close to the airport public transport and groceries.

I had to reach out to the host to get the keys on the day of. I was about 2 hrs from check in and had not heard from them. Once I reached out they responded right away, and we go into the property no problem. The Kitchen was very poorly equipped I think there was only 4 pieces of dishware and not too much more silverware. If you are planning on trying to cook anything in this kitchen heads up. The steak knife was the only knife I could find. Also there were several things broken on the property door handles to the bedrooms and a drawer in the kitchen. The carpet in the living room did have a smell when we first walked in.

Close to the airport and regular bus service into Edinburgh. The house was very neat, tidy and comfortable.

Room for everyone, left coffee ,some supplies and toiletries. Let us check in early, very friendly

Without a car was a distance to places. Garbage instructions were quite complex . Would have been better to have 2 small bins inside clearly marked.
