The Lodge - Dog Friendly Farm Cottage

The property is lovely and spacious! Plenty of facility's I was very happy to have a coffee machine and we made use of the bbq and gorgeous garden during our stay! And of course the hot tub which was enjoyed by all the family!

I stayed in the twin single room and found the bed quite hard but that is my preference for beds my mother was staying in the double where she was finding the bed too soft so we would have been better off swapped but as I had my child in the other single it wasn't feasible!

Fantastic property, very rural location so we had a lovely peaceful stay. The lodge was really lovely and we particularly enjoyed the games room and the hot tub!

The location was just what we were looking for. Calm and peaceful and very rural but in easy reach of plenty to do and places to visit. The hot tub was fantastic and the lodge was really well equipped. We all slept really well in comfy beds and loved the beautiful gardens. The kids enjoyed the games room and we all really enjoyed the overall experience.

We had a slight issue with the door but the hosts came straight away and sorted everything out for us and we were so impressed with their speed of offering support.

The location was amazing, the hot tub was an added on extra we absolutely enjoyed our stay, the beds were so comfty and the cooking appliances all worked amazingly, we had 6 of us staying in here and we ended up running overtime doing extra cleaning and stripping beds to help the host but instead we received a blunt message but all was fine and we understood, I wouldn’t ask for beds to be done if it’s such an early check out

Really fantastic communication prior to Our arrival .. Property phenomenally clean and welcoming.. lovely touch of flowers and chocolates on arrival and garden secure and perfect for our dog .. Hot tub and games room perfect to keep our teenage children occupied..

Not enough lighting in back garden

Everything - lovely flowers and cookies on arrival - such a lovely touch. Property is contained and private. Kids absolutely loved the games room. Christine was quick to answer any questions and went out of her way to make our stay more enjoyable.

Nothing. The jacuzzi wasn’t able to be used on Friday evening as it wasn’t warm but understand it had to be cleaned and refilled from previous guests so it wasn’t a major issue.
