The caravan was lovely and clean and I would go again and there are a lot of things to do i would high recommend it

Nothing everything was perfect

It was a beautiful caravan, lovely and spacious. The rooms are nice, the bathroom was a good size. And the location? Amazing you wake up to the sound of the sea crashing in the distance and the smell of the sea on the air. It's right next to the pool/gym area too and the exit so you can get out of the site very easily.

Front gate latch was broken, but hopefully this will be fixed. I notified the owners on arrival. The grill needs ignition don't work, but there is a lighter provided. The bed wasn't that comfortable for myself if you roll close to the edge there's no support.

Sorry it’s long, please stick with us: We spoke to Gem the owner on booking .com before we arrived and she answered all of our questions directly and in a timely manner. We had asked for early bag drop off and were advised that it would depend on the cleaner and the prior customers vacating time. We arrived at the holiday park before 12, (check in is 3pm) and we were fortunate enough to stumble straight into the caravan - it’s very close to the park exit and the swimming facilities. The owners (husband and wife Gem and Chris) who were actually at the caravan doing the reset and spot checks, spotted us and guessed we were their next guests. They shouted us over and told us to leave our bags and enjoy the park whilst the van was still being cleaned. We managed a much earlier check in which was amazing. Before we arrived we spotted a poor review online that gave us some concerns. Gem addressed our concerns after I messaged on booking .com but, in all honesty, we had no idea what we were going to arrive to. Well I can tell you now: On first impressions: The van is spacious. It’s CLEAN! (The I’ve. Is cleaner than my own at home 😂) It’s set up well, its location is good. It’s decorated lovely. It’s well loved and you can tell. It’s well stocked with most things you’d find in a caravan. I was personally surprised that we had to take our bed linens and towels (my friend who was staying here actually said that’s usual - I’ve never had that) but as only a mild inconvenience and Gem & Chris explained that this is the norm I understood and accept it. I think in the kitchen it’s only missing (in my opinion) is a pair of scissors 😆 - we coped. The booking advert online is true to its word - though I think people should know that the swimming is a paid for extra and whilst there aren’t actually any board games in the caravan (as listed on the website) there was plenty for us to do.

We loved it. We didn’t dislike anything. As we said above it’s great.

It’s was dirty and smelt mouldy and damp marks all over the walls even tv remotes were dirty

The caravan was really dirty blood stains on quilts sheet had all stains on the caravan smelt and dirty all over mould behind my bed I have really bad ashma I'm disabled it's wrong tried telling owner and she just said it was the previous tennents in the caravan and that they had smashed the place up and was fighting ow also bloody knickers left in a draw and on balcony all ganga lighters and rizlas and bits off baccy all over floor and table it ruined our holiday kids cried and went to hotel with there dad late on the nights as we all came out in rashes like we had been bit i want full refund waiting for booking. Com to get back to me regarding refund not fit for a dog to sleep in

It was not clean food left in the cupboards gate at the front of the caravan was not there gate at the side had no lock steps blending when you stepped on them I emailed you all this information and still waiting for reply and we left early got there on the 26th may left 28th 2 days early
