The Minimalist - Entire 1 bed flat near Gunwharf Quays, Ground Floor Flat Private Entrance

Spacious, comfortable and exceedingly convenient + street parking available for a small additional sum. Ideal for what we needed - plus the owner was very helpful.

We actually felt that with just a little more attention to detail, it could have been even better! For example, the windows & front door needed cleaning outside and some of the window trims were loose. The extractor in the bathroom could have benefited from a clean. Also the towel rail was loose in the bathroom and it could look much tidier if the superfluous pipe & screw holes in the walls were filled properly!

We didn’t have required information to locate the flat and key code and find out about parking from owner until we phoned at 5.30. Booking.com said details would be provided at 4 pm. As we were late locating the flat we went out for dinner and when we came back around 10 pm there was no available parking in nearby streets. We did not stay at apartment and found alternative accommodation at further cost

Very friendly owner. Very easy to communicate with. The flat was in a great location, all very clean, everything we needed was provided. Some others have said it can be a little noisy in the evening but we didn't notice this much & at the end of the day it is in the middle of the city. Would definitely visit again.

It was in a convenient position not far to walk to the historic dock. Also not far to walk to Gunwharf Quays for restaurants and shops. Good little, well stocked kitchen and a good bathroom.

The little sofa was very soft and low down. This made it unsuitable to use for those less able. However, there were 2 good kitchen table chairs. We also couldn’t get the TV to tune. It only had a double bed so we felt a bit cramped. The main concern however was the traffic noise as it was a ground floor flat with access directly onto the pavement. However, we’re from the countryside so not used to traffic that close to us or people walking by.

It was close to the Gun Wharf Keys

1. The carpet was filthy. 2. While the area is close to theGunwharf, it's not exactly a nice area. There were people hanging out of window's smoking nearby and swearing. 3. I couldn't sleep as it was so noisy with people walking outside. I messaged the property owner, Maryam, and copied and pasted those words for this review after she didn’t respond to it. Having said that, I wrote this review for prospective tenants, not the property owner.

Near dockyards and Gunwharf quays.

Road noise, rough area, no wine glasses, poor shower and sofa too close to tv to watch in comfort. Very tired, microwave in appalling condition.

Easy access to Gunwharf and historic navey Dock yards.

Noisy area, traffic, and outside veiw would have helped with making our selection as this would have given us an inclination of closeness to surrounding roads within the area of the property.

Location, parking and all that we needed.

Not so clean. Coffee not fresh. Washing/drying machine not working working properly.
