The Minimalist - Entire 1 bed flat near Gunwharf Quays, Ground Floor Flat Private Entrance

Don't bother, in general the whole flat is in need of refurbishment/investment by professionals not DIY. Extremely noisy even with double glazing. Uncomfortable bed, white goods on their last legs and generally all in a poor state. Student accommodation at best.

Good location for the Historic naval yard

On arriving the flat had a stale smell The kitchen handles units were sticky and unclean the carpet was threadbare in places The photos must of been taken a while ago because it’s not clean like the photos

I liked that it was only 10 min walk from the guildhall and 5 min walk to the hard with a nice view

You couldn't beat the location, parking was easy as well, accommodation was very clean and well presented, everything that you could need was there, it only takes a few minutes walking to get to Gunwharfe Quay.the host was very helpful and very easy to get hold off.

My wife and I couldn't find anything wrong.

Very cold property, struggled to keep warm. Heating not good enough. No tv in bedroom.

The location is walking distance to Gun Wharf. We were provided a good range of tea/ coffee and bathroom products.

The apartment is a bit tired and cramped. The shower is in the bath, without any non-slip surfaces, it felt very slippery.

On a busy road which was loud at night.

Great location, very quiet and only 5 minutes walk to the station and dockyard area.

Perhaps the fridge could have been left on by the cleaners as we didn’t realise till the next day that our food was not cold enough due to it being switched off.
