A small studio apartment with unrefined furniture from the 1970s. The bed, however, is comfortable to sleep in.

There's no kettle, and the kitchen sink can't be used (because something's broken). Although there's a TV, none of the channels work.

It’s easy to find, AC works perfectly (the place is overall well-equipped) and it was easy to communicate with the host

The bathroom was not clean enough (the mirror area)

W nocy było trochę głośno ale to przez fakt imprez w mieście. Jeden ręcznik, a była nas dwójka ale poradziliśmy sobie z mal ręcznikiem.

The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, the internet worked well enough for remote work, and the self check-in process was straightforward. The location was also reasonable, about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. However, my experience was mixed. Payment had to be left in a mailbox in cash. Everything went smoothly, but I have to admit it felt a little uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment was acceptable for a short stay, especially considering the price, and the comfortable bed and reliable internet were definite positives. However, better cleaning and more responsive communication would significantly improve the guest experience.

The biggest issue was cleanliness. Several dishes had visible food residue on them, so I had to wash everything before using it. There were stains on the coffee table that appeared to have been left by previous guests, and the toilet brush was in very poor condition. Overall, the apartment felt as if it was not being cleaned thoroughly between stays. Communication with the host was also difficult. I arrived during a national holiday when many places were closed and I needed the full address to order food. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response and had to find the information myself. It seemed that communication in English was limited, which made things more challenging.

Location near Mall of Montenegro and 15 mins from Bus Station

Owner not responsive, I had to ask Booking to help me get information for key placement from Owner. Building run down, elevator scary tiny and old, room dusty and looks filthy. I never located switch to light up bathroom, Apartment looks run down too, balcony door paint cracked and falling, Bed linen smelled fresh though. Located on 6th floor, as elevator didn't look reliable i walked down the stairs which were full of stuff from owners, in an emergency they are a hazard. I would not recommend or stay in this place again. I never saw owner, he asked to leave money for rent in a mailbox.

Very old building and furniture. There’s not enough light in the room. I could see dust and hairs in the apartment. The elevator is very shaky. It’s okay to stay one night here since there’s not many options in Podgorica, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night since the location is also inconvenient.
